I have a pair of Maxon HCB-30A Handheld radios. Both are new in the box with everything included (radio, rubber duck antenna, cigarette lighter adapter, belt clip, 2 dummy batteries, and manuals.)

They have 40 CB channels and 3 Weather channels.

The radios use 8 regular AA's or 10 rechargeable AA's.

I have used one radio a couple of times, mabye 10 minutes in total. Both work, (I tested both). They still have the plastic seal on the channel display.
